 Robert Giles Woodworker Bartholomew County craftsman Robert Giles and his wife, Tina, appeared in their first Déjà Vu Art and Fine Craft Show last year. Formerly a truck driver, Robert took up making the spoons, spatulas, ladles, and other kitchen utensils as a form of therapy while he recovered from hip surgery. We are sad to learn of the passing of Chuck Baker, one of our most popular artists. He was a very talented gentleman who, many years ago, was a defense attorney, but he gave up a career in law to become a tinsmith, something he found more personally rewarding. We know Chuck will be greatly missed, too, in Hope, Indiana, where he made his home. We extend our deep condolences to his friends and family, and we will continue to feature Chuck in memoriam. |
